For the Curry Base:


2 tablespoons oil


1 teaspoon cumin seeds


1 medium onion (finely chopped)


1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste


2 medium tomatoes (pureed)


1 teaspoon turmeric powder


1 teaspoon red chili powder


1 teaspoon coriander powder


½ teaspoon garam masala


¼ cup whisked yogurt (optional)


Salt to taste


For Garnish:


Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)


2 tablespoons fresh cream


Preparation of Mix Vegetable Curry


1. Sauté the Vegetables:


Lykkers, heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté potatoes, carrots, beans, and cauliflower until partially cooked.


Remove and set aside.
