Milkshake is a mixture of milk, fruit and ice cubes. There are mainly two kinds of "mechanical milkshake" and "hand shake". Traditional milkshakes are hand-cranked and are generally sold in fast food restaurants.

In fast food restaurants, most of them use large floor-standing milkshake machines, which usually sell vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavors. This milkshake, while machine-made, is not an industrial product after all, given its size and packaging. Even if this milkshake is stored at room temperature, the shelf life can be as long as half a year.

Here are some delicious milkshakes for you.

1. Strawberry Milkshake

The required materials include 300ml of milk, 2 egg yolks, 900g of strawberries, 90g of white sugar, 300ml of cream, an appropriate amount of mint, an appropriate amount of vanilla flavor, and an appropriate amount of lemon juice. First, pour 30ml of milk into two egg yolks, stir together, add 15g of white sugar and an appropriate amount of vanilla flavor. After that, heat the remaining 270ml of milk until it boils. Third, pour the milk heated in the second step into the mixture made in the first step. Fourth, gently stir and heat until very thick. Once stirred, cover with a piece of greaseproof paper and set aside to cool. Fifth, put the strawberries into the blender, add an appropriate amount of lemon juice and the remaining 75g of white sugar, and stir to become thick strawberry juice. Finally, whip the cream, then add the strawberry juice from Step 5 and the mixture from Step 4 and whisk together. After stirring, pour into a clear glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a small strawberry, and that's it.

2. Mango Milkshake

Required materials include: 1 mango, 1 small box of milk or vanilla ice cream, 1 small bottle of plain yogurt, and crushed ice. First, peel and core the mango, cut into small cubes, and refrigerate for a while. After that, put the diced mango, ice cream, yogurt (or milk) together in a blender and blend into a milkshake and drink it.

3. Grape Milkshake

Take a small bunch of grapes, a glass of plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt, and a dash of ice. First, break the ice cubes, wash the grapes (peel the skin), put them into the blender together with the yogurt and ice cream powder and mix them thoroughly for about 2 minutes, stop the machine, pour out and eat.
